The PU Series products are part of the Macro Perforators , divided into side units and bridges. These machines are ideal for punching shaped or circular holes, from Ø1mm to Ø100mm in diameter, on neutral or printed moving film.

Macro perforators are particularly suitable for punching holes in fruit and vegetable bags, shopping bags, agricultural and mulching films, food packaging, displays, etc.

The HN Series is dedicated to Micro Hot Perforation, ideal for making holes from Ø 200µm to Ø 2mm (the value depends on the type of material processed) on neutral or printed moving film.

Hot Needle Microperforation guarantees perfect microholes even on mono- or bi-oriented materials, and is ideal for delicate processing on heat-shrinkable material or with very high needle density per cm2. There are many applications, including controlled permeability systems in food packaging, tea, coffee and herbal tea filters, plasters, diapers, etc.

The CN Series is dedicated to Micro Cold Perforation, ideal for making holes from Ø 80µm to Ø 1.8mm (the value depends on the type of material processed) on neutral or printed moving film.

Cold Needle Microperforation is the ideal solution for those who wish to make microholes in materials for thermal and/or acoustic insulation, packaging of electronic products, breathable film, and to induce controlled permeability in food packaging (e.g., bags for vegetables, fruits, etc.).

The LO Series includes our most sophisticated laser technologies, designed to achieve delicate processing such as Micro Perforation (Ø 40 µm to Ø 200 µm) and Scoring. Laser systems are particularly suitable for processing packages destined for IV and V range, MAP and EMAP packages, where they allow to control air exchange with the outside and increase the shelf life of fresh products.

The applications of this technology, however, are not limited to food packaging: by processing your material with our precision lasers, you can achieve easy-tears, pre-cuts, and engravings for easy opening of packages and disposable products, labels, etc.

The PC Series products are part of the Pre-Cut Machines, divided into Cross-cut and Longitudinal Pre-cut. Through a system of toothed blades, these machines enable pre-cuts with customizable widths to be obtained on moving films of various materials and thicknesses.
